The heart and soul of the Enterprise he founded, Dave works to ensure that all members of his organization are “Together”, a term he believes defines success. After 39 years of working in an industry he has loved since the first day, Dave remains committed to loyalty, quality and hard work; principles on which he built the company.

Dave founded the company in 1981, after working as an industry professional for 20 years. He built a team that focused on exceeding client expectations and “taking creativity beyond imagination”. If it was humanly possible, Dave and his team figured out a solution. The company grew quickly, earning a reputation for high-quality design and build capability with superior customer service.

In the early 1990’s, he expanded operations to Atlanta and Los Angeles and added point-of-purchase capability. Dave restructured the company in 2000, to focus on custom design and production. The point-of-purchase division was sold, as well as the Atlanta and Los Angeles operations. He appointed his Son, Derek, as President and CEO. Together, they embarked on creating the next generation for the Enterprise. They led the strategic plan to diversify the company’s services into mobile and event marketing and high-end digital graphics. The organization thrived and developed into the experienced marketing agency that it is today, with unparalleled in-house capabilities.

Then, after 20 years, the biggest challenge was to find a new location where EEI Global could offer all its services “under one roof”. Taking customer and employee needs into consideration, while maintaining the “personality” of his beloved company, Dave found the perfect location after a two year search. In 2005, the company moved from Dearborn, MI, to a new corporate campus in Rochester Hills, MI.

Dave’s passion for accomplishment, i.e. taking on large projects and handling details, positioned him well to build two dream homes. When away from the office, Dave, his wife, Susan, and their family of Labrador Retrievers can be found at their Michigan farm or New Mexico ranch. Both residences reflect Dave’s personality and his love of nature, wildlife and the great American outdoors.

Perpetually in motion, Dave enjoys maintaining his dream – and creating new dreams.
