Flex uses CES as an opportunity to showcase the products of existing partners, and to attract new prospects who can benefit from Flex’s Sketch-to-Scale® suite of services. For CES 2018, EEI designed an environment that exuded Flex’s sophisticated brand feel while balancing the practicalities of product displays, hospitality, and a busy meeting schedule.
In one mode, the modular space hosted Flex’s popular kick-off cocktail party. It was then converted to business mode for the rest of the schedule. EEI’s expertise in materials and on-site project management made for a smooth and efficient changeover.
Picking up cues from Flex’s strong brand identity, EEI designers created attraction with simple graphic panels emphasized by dramatic adaptive lighting. The striking product displays focused on wearable technology with a mix of static and hands-on variations, giving visitors a lot to dig into.
Cozy but cool seating areas made it irresistible for prospects to wander in and hang out in Flex for a bit. When it was time to get down to business, private rooms tucked in the back enabled Flex to host meetings on the spot with potential partners. The schedule told the tale of success: the meeting rooms were booked top to bottom.
